Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Liaise and provide support for all HR related matters (Administration, Onboarding & Offboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, and Development);
  • Promote a vibrant and positive culture where people feel engaged and supported; 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with and between departments;
  • Find ways to boost productivity and retention while monitoring employee satisfaction and conducting related reports;
  • Participate in the management of the company’s performance.


  • Experience in a similar role is considered a must;
  • Extensive and updated knowledge of Maltese Employment Law is required;
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; 
  • Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • Have Avid knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. 

Personal Skills

  • Having knowledge of HR Systems is considered an asset;
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Have the ability to work on you own initiative, effectively and efficiently.
