What's in it for you? 

In this role, you will be leading a team of Programmatic Traders and Ad Operations specialists – from hiring and onboarding, to taking care of growth and development. From Programmatic side, you will be responsible for meeting Programmatic campaign performance KPIs, and from Ad Operations side you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for DCM setup management.

You will ensure excellent service to stakeholders and drive efficiency and innovation within the team, and also work on creating and implementing the Biddable strategic initiatives. 

You're good at

  • Experience in Programmatic of at least 3 years (in-house or agency).
  • Experience in Ad Operations.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry of at least 2 years.
  • Great communication, feedback, leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset, problem solving abilities.
  • Work with innovation and efficiency in mind.
  • Proven Project Management skills.
  • Proven People Management experience.
  • Experience in creating and implementing long term strategy.
  • Bachelor in marketing or equivalent.

A flavour of what you'll be doing

  • Lead a team of experienced Programmatic Traders & Ad Operations specialists to ensure excellent service to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Work alongside the Head of Biddable, Programmatic & Biddable Experts, and Programmatic Managers to create and implement long term team strategy, improve campaign performance and service to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Biddable and Marketing channels on strategic initiatives.
  • Support Programmatic Traders when dealing with campaign management issues, ensure that best practices and established processes are being followed.
  • Own the process of creating and maintaining all DCM campaigns to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure the smooth communication and effective collaboration among Ad Operations team and various stakeholders.
  • Lead the testing and adoption of new technology and tools.
  • Develop new processes for a growing team to boost the quality of service, efficiency, and continuous learning.
  • Focus on professional and personal growth of your team members, including the creation and implementation of an effective career growth plan within the Programmatic team.
  • Maintain a team of people who trust each other, have a strong sense of ownership in their work, and strive for constant improvement.
