As our RG Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our customer-facing departments in all Responsible Gaming related queries, while proactively interacting with customers in line with the company’s Duty of Care procedures – with the goal to ensure safe and moderate use of the gaming products. In addition to this, you will execute RG policies and procedures already in place as well as help create new ones when required. What’s more you will provide an efficient and effective service to the company in RG related cases, having a good understanding on the requirements and guidelines set by the industry. Good judgement is key to succeeding in this role. When assessing cases, you should be able use the full range of the knowledge you have built up, and weigh in a variety of situational factors to guide you towards effective decision making.

Making a connection with customers and communicating on sensitive topics is a skill that you will be expected to have refined, being familiar with basic techniques of conducting supportive conversations and how to elicit positive behavioural change.

Working closely to the operational and compliance teams, you will provide support with reporting and investigations and be an initial escalation point for all case reviews relating to Responsible Gaming. Additionally, we expect you to take ownership of work related to risk-assessments, monitoring, detecting and interacting with at-risk players, being the ‘go-to’ person for these cases!

What’s your background?
