Job Description

We are expanding our Responsible Gaming team with an exciting opportunity for a Responsible Gaming Analyst. If you are analytical, with a keen eye for detail and know the do’s and don’t related to RG, then this could be just the role for you!

So, what will my responsibilities be?

As our RG Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our customer-facing departments in all Responsible Gaming related queries, while proactively interacting with customers in line with the company’s Duty of Care procedures – with the goal to ensure safe and moderate use of the gaming products. In addition to this, you will execute RG policies and procedures already in place as well as help create new ones when required. What’s more you will provide an efficient and effective service to the company in RG related cases, having a good understanding on the requirements and guidelines set by the industry. With your proactive approach, you’ll be quick to pick things up and ensure cases are dealt with in a timely manner providing a top- notch service at all times!

Good judgement is key to succeeding in this role. When assessing cases, you should be able use the full range of the knowledge you have built up, and weigh in a variety of situational factors to guide you towards effective decision making.

Making a connection with customers and communicating on sensitive topics is a skill that you will be expected to have refined, being familiar with basic techniques of conducting supportive conversations and how to elicit positive behavioural change.

Working closely to the operational and compliance teams, you will provide support with reporting and investigations and be an initial escalation point for all case reviews relating to Responsible Gaming. Additionally, we expect you to take ownership of work related to risk-assessments, monitoring, detecting and interacting with at-risk players, being the ‘go-to’ person for these cases!

Requirements

What’s your background?

You are analytical by nature and have experience conducting thorough investigations, turning over every stone to make sure that we have a clear picture of the case at hand! You are fluent in English and speak an additional language – Swedish, Danish, German or Norwegian! You have worked in the iGaming industry through which you have a proven track record on working effectively on investigatory tasks and love keeping yourself updated with the latest RG legislations! No pressure is enough to phase you as you are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and as an integral team player. Having problem-solving skills that are second to none, you have a strong work-ethic keeping the company goals and ethos in mind at all times.
