Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Be the link between the company and the client for matters regarding service, orders, follow up and complaints;
- Provide a link between the Warehouse, Shipping and the Admin office;
- Analyse client’s purchases and follow up so sales and products offering can be incremented;
- Have a firm grasp of the products the company offers, so to assist the customers with their requests;
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with current clients and acquiring new clients;
- Identify business opportunities by identifying potential customers;
- Research and analyse sales options;
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements;
- Attend regular meetings with the management, to improve sales and also the service;
- Collect necessary data in a proper manner so KPl’s can be issued and recorded;
- Monitor competition by gathering current information on pricing, products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques;
- Recommend changes in products and services by evaluating results and competitive developments;
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Assist the Management on the daily work;
- Create and send quotations, follow them up and get feedback;
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails;
- Handle incoming calls and outgoing sales calls to prospective clients in order to generate business (cold calls);
- Handle data inputting & costings;
- Communicate with shipping agents via email and follow up’s;
- Update invoicing system and web portal;
- Liaise with warehouse.
Experience
- Have an O’ Level qualification;
- Be in possession of ECDL qualification;
- Be fluent in written and oral English.
