Our client is a leading iGaming company.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Come-up with proposals regarding payment methods;
- Conduct negotiations of rates and terms of contract with prospecting PSPs;
- Research and analyse new payment methods according to the current business needs and growth strategy;
- Develop a networking plan and check in on new and existing contacts regularly;
- Ensure the merchant agreements details match with negotiated terms;
- Research and negotiate account openings and terms with banks;
- Advise on use of APMs and exclusive processing solutions;
- Follow up on market’s dynamic, always stay up to date with trends in payments industry;
- Help to assess the impact of launching new payment method on cash flow;
- Advise on optimising the routing of payments transactions;
- Participate in team meetings to evaluate the current needs for payment methods and back up options; bring them to the internal discussions with relevant stakeholders;
- Prioritise needs for the solutions in line with business needs and planned expansion;
- Advise on global payments strategy to ensure no-downtime, attractive and innovative processing system is in place;
- Assist in monitoring performance and acceptance ratio of newly implemented solutions;
- Maintain documentation of payment methods prospects and offers;
- Report to the Head of Fraud and Payments.
Experience
- At least 5-8 years of experience within the online payments industry;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience regarding high risk businesses (eg. online entertainment, iGaming, multi-level marketing, bookmaking);
- Experience in sales and onboarding in the online payments industry;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Fluent in any other European Language will be considered an asset;
- Strong presence in B2B sector, with focus on building and managing relationships;
- Excellent understanding of payments industry and international regulations (MID, gateways, routing, aggregators, acceptance ratio, tokenization, chargeback, PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA, 3DSv.2,etc.);
- Familiarity with various pricing models (IC++, MDR, Rolling Reserve, etc,);
- Experience with building and analyzing PSP performance reports.
