Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in local and overseas implementation;
  • Perform functional and integration testing;
  • Perform data conversions;
  • Provide client support onsite or remotely;
  • Ensure quality standards are adhered to;
  • Be the primary contact for clients, in order to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Carry out the installation, training and implementation of application software;
  • Report writing (mainly using Crystal Reports).
  • Perform system upgrades.
  • Handle the documentation of client support issues and status tracking.


  • In possession of an IT related qualification or experience in a similar position will be considered an asset;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the industry performing a similar role.

Personal Skills

  • Basic knowledge of company business processes;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals;
  • Have an idea of the double-entry system; debit and credit;
  • Knowledgeable of record keeping – sale of a service, sale of a tangible product, tax, returns and purchases.
  • Knowledgeable of profit and loss, trial balance, vat return and bank reconciliation.
