Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of tax matters, including direct and indirect taxation;
- Work on structuring domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations;
- Advise on the structuring of personal wealth, incorporating trusts, foundations, and companies, among other arrangements;
- Stay updated on ongoing developments in international tax rules and provide guidance to clients accordingly;
- Support clients in potential tax disputes with the local Revenue authorities;
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to offer comprehensive solutions.
Experience
- Understanding of domestic and international tax regulations;
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
