Do you have experience managing and mentoring a successful operations team within the Payments Industry?  Do you maintain a high standard of performance from your team, while encouraging and acknowledging their contributions to the department’s accomplishments? If so, our Team Lead Operations (m/f/x) role may be just the right position for you! As a Team Lead Operations (m/f/x) you will be supporting the Head of Operations in the overseeing of daily tasks and responsible to manage and develop a team of Analysts.

Your playing field:

• We always want to stay on top of our game, therefore you will be supporting the Head of Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance through monitoring of KYC verifications, transaction monitoring and other AML processes.
• You will share your experience, while developing, leading and training a team of Operations Analysts.
• Progress is in our culture, therefore you will be leading the team performance reviews and report on operational KPIs to drive consistent improvements.
• The communication with external stakeholder is essential, hence providing appropriate support to our distributors, business partners and customers will be part of your duties.
• With your insights, you will be identifying and implementing operational controls in line with regulatory requirements, then support in the creation and maintenance of necessary procedures for the team.
