Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Help customers manage/update contents;
- Respond to customers who report issues;
- Work closely with Account Managers;
- Handle issues in a timely manner;
- Explain technical issues in a polite and understanding manner;
- Handle custom development requests.
Experience
- At least 1+ years of experience with WordPress;
- Ability to write and understand custom CSS;
- Ability to write and understand HTML;
- Familiar with tools like HelpNinja, Trello, Asana, Github, and Slack;
- Troubleshooting experience;
- Ability to write and understand PHP;
- Ability to write and read jQuery, Javascript, and any JS framework;
- WordPress plugin development experience;
- WordPress theme development experience;
- Have excellent oral and written English;
- Previous remote working experience.
