Centre Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Employee must strive to maintain a rewarding and professional working relationships with our partners including contractors, tenants and customers.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly reports and updated budgets to the CEO.
• Attend to all technical requirements of the Esports Lounge ensuring that everything is in proper working condition.
• Oversee the Marketing efforts especially on social media and website ensuring this is always up to date.
• Monitor and oversee the administration of the Esports Lounge.
• Seek sponsorships for tournaments organised within the premises.
• Liaise with representatives of third-party services as required by the Company.
• Create work schedules for employees, delegate work and induct new team members.
• Analyse ongoing operations and suggest ideas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Get clients feedback after events.
• Seek approval and communicate team objectives in alignment with the broader organizational goals.
• Motivate team members to achieve their respective goals and ensure a positive and cooperative working environment.
• Mediate any interpersonal issues that arise, resolving conflicts within the team.
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to the team and offer guidance in relation to tasks and responsibilities.
• Identify areas for improvement and arrange for necessary staff training where required.
• Make informed decisions in the best interest of the organization and the team.
• Perform a risk assessment and remove or reduce impact of risks from findings
• Generate new business leads to grow the business.
• Propose business ideas and/or partnerships to strengthen the brand.
• Facilitate Effective communication within the team as well as with other units of the organization.
• Any other task as instructed by the CEO.
