Company Introduction

Our client is an international air services company.

Location 

The candidate will be based in one of the following locations: Greece or Poland. The specific location will be determined in line with the company’s operational needs.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and organise invoices for payment;
• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and services;
• Prepare documentation for tax submissions;
• Coordinate with banks on financial matters;
• Compile cash flow statements and financial reports for management review;
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Director.

Experience

• Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience;
• Strong command of English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or another European language is a plus;
• Familiarity with accounting rules and procedures in Spain, Greece, Italy, or Portugal;
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is highly preferred.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.
