Company Introduction
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Check and post AP & AR invoices;
- Prepare payroll journals and upload files;
- Ensure that all Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled monthly;
- Review and approve of month-end inventory and processing in the accounting system;
- Prepare weekly payment runs;
- Prepare bank reconciliations;
- Prepare sales invoices;
- Prepare depreciation, accruals, and prepayments journals;
- Prepare monthly vessel accounting;
- Communicate with vessel Hotel Managers and Assistant Hotel Managers;
- Obtain a sound understanding of different VAT jurisdictions;
- Liaise with auditors during the year-end audit;
- Work with Peers at Head office, Malta office and Vessel team;
- Work on other reporting as required.
Experience
- Be a fully qualified Accountant;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Previous experience in a similar positions will be considered an asset.

- Able to work well with colleagues, manage the team and liaise with the vessel team;
- Able to prioritize workload and delegate tasks;
- Able to work well under pressure;
- Able to keep set deadlines;
- Attentive to detail;
- Willing to travel twice or three times annually;
- Experienced in using MS Office.
