Our client is a leading tax, audit and advisory firm.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Build strong working relationships with clients;
- Works as an effective team member to accurately complete project components and tasks;
- Prepare, maintain, update and finalize accounting data;
- Process of non-technical and technical information in accounting systems;
- Prepare and submit of personal tax returns for sole traders and VAT tax returns for clients;
- Prepare the Management Accounts and Trial Balances;
- Prepare and maintain cash books and accounting journals;
- Deal with the relevant regulatory and supervisory authorities.
Experience
- ACCA or University of Malta qualified for senior roles;
- Currently reading for ACCA or equivalent for junior roles;
- Previous working experience within an accounting team would be considered an advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel;
- Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken.

- Be able to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics;
- Risk awareness and high integrity when dealing with confidential information;
