Company Introduction
Our client is one of Malta’s leading supermarket chains.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Carry out of accounting reconciliations;
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers queries;
- Assist with the bookkeeping processes;
- Post applicable invoices and credit notes;
- Process and coordinate supplier payments;
- Follow up on payment queries and remittances;
- Monitor and check the supplier reconciliations;
- Coordinate any other accounting work with the rest of the team.
Experience
- Have an A’ level standard education;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Personal Skills
- Be attentive to detail;
- Have analytical skills;
- Be a team player.
