Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle the reservations team as well as the company's front office.
- Making sure that guest satisfaction is maximised while increasing revenue targets and minimising costs related to reservations;
- Handle all operations tasks and optimise individual reservations;
- Coordinate staff to ensure optimal utilisation of the department's capacities;
- Onboarding and coaching staff;
- Maintain the PMS;
- Coordinate and monitor the online booking engine;
- Monitor the front office kiosk system.
Experience
- Successfully completed training within the hospitality industry;
- At least 3 years of experience in reservations or in a front office environment;
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of over 5 employees;
- Very good knowledge of common reservation systems and MS Office;
- Excellent written & spoken German and English skills.
