Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the strategic performance of all the Company's Hotels;
  • Analyze statistics and trends to identify revenue opportunities and address potential threats;
  • Monitor and optimize processes within revenue management, developing effective short- and long-term strategies to surpass Company targets;
  • Act as a mentor and coach, and also substitute for revenue managers, coordinating actions within the revenue management team to encourage collaboration and innovation;
  • Dive deep into forecasts, budgets, and month-end evaluations at both individual hotel and portfolio levels;
  • Take responsibility for detailed reporting and provide insightful commentary on results, forecasts, and progress toward portfolio goals;
  • Serve as a substitute and right-hand person to the Group Director of Revenue & Distribution, playing a pivotal role in guiding strategic orientation.


  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, distribution, or a related field, ideally within the dynamic landscape of lifestyle-oriented hotels;
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills through previous experience in a comparable position;
  • Showcase extensive proficiency in project management, indicating a track record of successfully leading and executing initiatives;
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of diverse distribution channels, illustrating a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality industry;
  • Display proficiency with revenue management systems such as Duetto or IDeaS, complemented by hands-on experience with multiple channel managers and familiarity with at least two different property management systems;
  • Possess excellent expertise in revenue management across various hotel markets and products, including a nuanced understanding of lifestyle brands and extended stay offerings;
  • Command a perfect proficiency in both spoken and written English. Fluency in the German language is a huge plus.
