Company Introduction
Our client is a food producer and distributor based in Gozo.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Post sales and purchase invoices;
- Prepare and process payments runs;
- Record receipts from customers and debtor chasing;
- Prepare cashbook entries and perform periodic cash reconciliations;
- Prepare periodic bank, supplier and intercompany reconciliations;
- Assist in the month-end procedures;
- File documents.
Experience
- Be in possession of an MCAST/AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting, or have attained an A Level in Accounting;
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications;
- Previous experience would be an asset.
Personal Skills
- Have good communication skills;
- Be attentive to detail.
