Our client is a private transportation company.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain an accurate record/database of advert sales;
- Maintain an accurate account of all adverts on all buses;
- Liaise with Operations and Engineering departments to ensure timely installation of advertising material;
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure adverts are printed according to schedule and customers’ expectations;
- Assist any other advertising-related tasks as delegated by the Sales Manager or Accountant;
- Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department;
- Record accounting information, processing, and filing;
- Update accounts ledgers;
- Chase Creditors;
- Any ad hoc reporting for internal use.
- Have a secondary level of education;
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Be proficient in English both verbal and written;
- Have an accountancy background.
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented;
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with various third parties outside the organisation;
- Ability to create and deliver presentations;
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
