CRM Campaign Manager - German speaking (m/f/x)

The CRM Campaign Manager will increase customer retention and engagement with a focus on our Sportsbook product through excellent multi-channel communication and event driven ad-hoc promotions. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement of customers with refreshing, well executed campaigns The focus is on customer engagement by constant optimization of customer communication and user experience.
Your playing field:
- You will maximise the customer experience and life-time value by releasing CRM campaigns through the effective and creative usage of customer touchpoints – delivering improved loyalty
- You will be responsible for the creation and roll-out of creative newsletter content and various innovative campaigns that will reach a huge audience.
- You will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible usage of all marketing tools.
- You will use your analytical nature to monitor, analyse and track financial effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to improve campaigns.
- You will support the management of the marketing campaign calendar and campaign forecasts.
