CRM Lifecycle Team Lead (m/f/x)
Your Daily Pitch:
Your job is to increase customer retention and engagement across the whole Tipico business by leading the CRM Lifecycle team, outlining and realizing customer lifecycle campaigns and communications.
You will be continuously looking to improve player effective engagement and (re-)develop customer journeys across online and digital shop customers. The success of these activities will contribute towards the Tipico success story by having a more active and healthier database whilst increasing customer lifetime value.
Your playing field:
- With your leadership skills, you will guide a team of five CRM Managers to ensure that the team performs on a high efficiency.
- You develop and implement highly automated and personalized lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on players’ lifecycle journeys based on customer behavior modelling.
- You will ensure the best possible usage of all marketing tools in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
- You will monitor, analyse, and track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to improve campaigns by using A/B tests and insights from the Marketing Intelligence team. We challenge, reinvent, and push ourselves to define new levels of excellence!
- You further automate communication across all customer flows including e.g. KYC and EDD.
