CRO Specialist/ Landing Page Specialist

Job Description

We are on the search for a passionate and collaborative CRO Specialist/ Landing Page Specialist to work closely with the acquisition team to create and manage a robust library of WordPress landing pages! This is a hands-on role entailing usage of a content management system to organize and publish a variety of WordPress pages. The WordPress Production Specialist is the critical link in our acquisition workflow!

The impact you’ll have:

• You will be responsible for improving company-wide sessions to sign up conversion rate metrics
• Create, edit and request appropriate graphics for acquisition WordPress pages
• Work closely with the WordPress Development team to improve acquisition templates
• Provide guidance on how to design the content layout of web pages across multiple web properties to the development team
• Create a library of Landing Pages and strive for continuous improvements
• Request graphics in line with WordPress templates for best design outcome
• Work with external design agencies for ad hoc campaign pages
• Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute sessions to sign up conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan
• Utilize SEO & CRO strategies and best practices to drive and convert website traffic, working closely with Country Managers and Brand managers
• You will work with acquisition teams to cater for channel needs, including but not limited to personalization of landing pages by keyword for Paid Search, customization of Affiliate welcome offers, leading AMP pages creation for Search

Requirements

What’s your background?

You have hands-on experience using WordPress content management system, including content creation/editing, content tagging, content review, and publication. You are naturally creative and understand the limitations and possibilities of WordPress to create optimised landing pages. You come with some experience using HTML, JavaScript and/or jQuery and CSS and have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You have worked with Adobe creative suite, with a focus on Photoshop and are an expert when it comes to using Google Analytics to analyse onboarding funnels. What’s more you have the ability to manage complex and fast-moving projects from start to finish and have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. We expect you have worked for 1-2 years in a website content production role or website designer role which has contributed to your exceptional organizational skills and time management skills. If you have worked within the iGaming industry or speak an additional language (such as Swedish, German, Finnish, Japanese, Danish or Norwegian) this would be considered a plus!
