Customer Operations Optimization Specialist (m/f/x)
Your daily pitch:
You work closely with the CO Optimization Manager and help to identify technical improvements in order to optimise operations flows and also assist with the integration of new tools within the Customer Operations Department.
Your playing field:
- You assist all Customer Operations functions Managers to optimize their flows from a product optimization perspective to increase efficiency and achieve the groups defined KPIs for C-Ops.
- You identify improvements on both the product and operational tools.
- You manage all technical bugs identify by the Customer Operations teams.
- You also communicate and support with the testing of released features requested by Customer Operations.
- You manage dependencies across Customer Operations teams and Product Owners.
- You will design Customer Heat Maps for identifying workloads and optimize handling of any operational items in real time.
