Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the wellbeing of the clients by making sure that their experience at the company will continue to be dealt with professionally;
- Keep the client updated with the process flow of their order;
- Assist in preparation for the delivery and installation process;
- Follow and handle queries and complaints;
- Ensure that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible.
- Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office;
- Fluent in Maltese, English and possibly Italian;
- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset;
- Currently living in Malta.
- Committed and reliable person with a flexible work approach;
- Good organizational and time management skills.
