Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Make sure that the clients experience at the company will continue to be dealt with professionally.
- Keep the client updated with the process flow of their order;
- Assist in preparation for the delivery and installation process;
- Follow and handle queries;
- Ensure that customers requiring after-sales?service are followed up and that their needs are?addressed as quickly as possible.
- Have very good computer skills;
- Have experience with Microsoft Office;
- Be fluent in English and possibly Maltese;
- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
- Have good organizational skills;
- Be client-oriented;
- Have time management skills;
- Have good communication skills and excellent telephone manners;
- Be committed and reliable.
