Join Tipico as our Head of Corporate IT (m/f/x) and spearhead the evolution of our internal systems to introduce innovations to maximize operational excellence and elevate the productivity of our employees.

As our Head of Corporate IT (m/f/x), you will be having the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented engineers dedicated to supporting our internal IT initiatives across multiple geolocations. You will oversee all internal systems running in Azure and AWS, integrate SaaS products to our Azure Active Directory, improve processes defined in ServiceNow and other tools. Your team is also managing all networking mesh MPLS and direct connects across clouds and offices’ locations. You will seek, test and implement solutions to make Tipico employee’s life easier.

Your playing field:

  • Your mission will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, Introduce and maintain cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Spearheading product ownership initiatives before C-Level stakeholders by identifying business needs, documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing metrics to measure progress and success.
  • A key responsibility of this role is overseeing a diverse team of over 30 motivated engineers and leaders spread across five geographical locations, with the recent addition of a new location being established in Poland.
  • You manage external contracts with tech providers like Microsoft, OpenAI, Altassian, Slack, ServiceNow, Lenovo, and others ensuring cost-effective solutions for all 10 European offices while overseeing the internal budget to optimize IT operations across the organization.
