Exciting opportunity for a senior level Talent Acquisition & Recruitment specialist to lead our exceptional team.
Based in Malta and reporting directly into the CHRO you will own and execute our Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Global Workforce Planning activities across all our International locations.

In this key role you will be leading our Global TA function consisting of 13 Recruitment Partners (based in Malta, Sweden, Budapest, Tallin, Georgia) as well as an Executive Search Specialist and an Employer Branding Specialist.

A bit about you
- Must have experience of a fast-paced International environment, preferably from a company with at least 2000 employees, ideally with a digital focus and tech environment
- Must have leadership experience leading a team of TA and Recruitment specialists
- Mentally agile and creative in approach, coming up with innovative solutions to locating and attracting talent
- You’re passionate about all things Talent Acquisition, keeping up with the latest trends and understanding the Global talent market
- Demonstrable experience managing Strategic Work Force Planning and Global Footprint projects
- Able to join up the dots between Hiring & Talent Management, identifying skill gaps and coming up with strategies to locate the talent
- Proven background in partnering with senior business leaders with the ability to coach and advise
- Data driven – you love to analyse and interpret data and MI to not only come up with statistical data but also identify trends and areas of focus
- Appreciate the importance of Employer Branding and how it fits into the wider TA piece
- Solid understanding of the latest tools and sourcing methods with hands on experience of Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

- Working closely with our senior managers to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Market mapping our competitors and developing a network of potential future hires
- Working with hiring platforms and a wide range of recruitment channels whilst also keeping an ear to the ground for the latest trends and recruitment technology
