Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take charge of setting up strategic direction in accordance with company goals and targets;
  • Manage the affiliate department and leading every individual reaching their personal targets;
  • Further development of existing clients and generating new business;
  • Track and analyse the results of the campaign and suggest improvements;
  • Conduct constant competitor analysis to improve company product and strategy;
  • Responsible for the affiliate deals optimization and revenues of the company;
  • Represent the company interests in every conference or events related to our industry;
  • Monthly reports on clients’ accounts activity;
  • Conduct regular meetings;
  • Lead by example, inspire and motivate the Affiliate department;
  • Lead the hiring process and supervise the department;
  • Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently;
  • Oversee the entire account managing including:
  • Collecting the missing payments;
  • Invoicing the Affiliate platforms;
  • Constant improvement of Insertion orders templates;
  • Coordinating the emailing campaign;
  • Tracking and analysing the results of the campaign and suggest improvements.


  • At least 3 years' of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in the iGaming industry.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • An additional European language would be considered as an asset;
  • Strong knowledge of the Gaming industry;
  • Strong management and leadership skills;
  • ‘’Outside the box’’ thinker;
  • Affable and comfortable in networking events;
  • Excellent analytic skills;
  • Extremely target-driven.
