Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervise the initiation of new work permit applications;
  • Work closely with governmental bodies and legal counterparts to secure timely approvals;
  • Oversee the management of work permit expiration dates and facilitate renewal processes;
  • Verify and compile onboarding documentation from newly hired employees;
  • Arrange orientation sessions aimed at familiarizing individuals with company culture and policies;
  • Collaborate across departments to elevate the onboarding journey;
  • Administer employee feedback surveys to pinpoint areas for enhancement;
  • Analyze survey results to derive actionable insights for refining HR practices;
  • Efficiently organize and uphold employee and HR-related documentation;
  • Support in the development of templates, policy revisions, and application documentation;
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders for quotes and reservations;
  • Contribute to the enhancement of document management systems for HR functions;
  • Maintain precise and confidential employee records in accordance with data privacy regulations;
  • Produce monthly HR metric reports to glean insights into workforce trends;
  • Create engaging presentations for team gatherings and aid in coordinating HR-related events.

Experience

  • Preferably hold a formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Demonstrate experience in a similar role within HR administration;
  • Specifically skilled in managing work permit processing and onboarding procedures;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS (preferably, Bamboo HR).
