Our client is an outsourcing company specializing in the management of strategic activities.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Determine the needs of the assigned business unit and select talent through various channels;
- Manage recruitment campaigns;
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy, and talent management initiatives within the company;
- Work closely with the management and employees in order to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
- Native spoken German and Polish;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
- Results-oriented, strong interviewing skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a passion for recruiting;
- Comprehensive familiarity with Social Media and relevant resources.
