Job Description

The Human Resources Executive isresponsible for assisting in the administration of Human Resources policies,programs and initiatives. This position provides front-line support in theareas of employee recruitment, training and benefits. This is a dynamic rolethat requires an energetic individual who is motivated by a challenging workingenvironment. The selected applicant will be detailed oriented and have theability to work well in a team and with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the placing of adverts for new roles and the Human Resource process leading through the interview and selection stages, including communication to interested candidates for new jobs, organising interviews and also providing feedback following the interviews and assessments processes
  • Receiving and processing job applications
  • Processing new hires and existing employee changes
  • Managing Vacation Leave requests and Sick Leave replacements
  • Responsible for the administration of HR policies and contracts
  • Update and maintain various HR reports and employee information for payroll, benefits and employee files
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis
  • Ensure that tasks, assignments and other assigned duties are kept confidential
  • Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices and procedures to maintain internal controls
  • Implementing internal policies and procedures
  • Application and maintenance of Third Country National permits
  • Administrative duties

Qualifications & Assets:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests
  • Ability to integrate and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, challenging environment
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills
  • Highly skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion
  • Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools
