Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Install and configure various software, hardware, operating systems and data networking equipment;
- Provide resolutions or recommendations for problems assigned in specific product areas;
- Responsible for the documentation of implemented projects;
- Attend non–routine calls within a predefined time frame related to server, storage, networking and operating systems.
Experience
- Knowledge of Windows Server Technologies and Microsoft 365 cloud;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or SharePoint online;
- Experience supporting Windows desktops, networking devices, and security appliances;
- Experience with Storage Area Networks, virtualization technologies, Data Protection Software, voice technologies, scripting language and/or Microsoft Azure will be considered an asset.
Personal Skills
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Good command of the English language.
