Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead data protection compliance efforts for clients, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other relevant regulations;
- Develop and implement robust privacy strategies, including drafting and reviewing privacy policies, consent forms, and data processing agreements;
- Assist with various data breaches and privacy incidents;
- Provide comprehensive legal support for TMT Law projects, including advising on intellectual property matters including licensing agreements, content distribution, copyright and trademark work;
- Stay at the forefront of developments in data protection and TMT laws, translating this knowledge into practical advice for clients;
- Cultivate strong client relationships, offering expert guidance tailored to their specific needs;
- Deliver informative training sessions to clients and colleagues on data protection and privacy best practices.
Experience
- Have 2 years post-qualification experience, with demonstrated focus on privacy and data protection;
- Hold a warrant in Malta.

- Have excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team;
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
