Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team;
  • Assist the team with the preparation of quotations and engagement letters as required;
  • Update the company database (as and when required) with all records;
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards & contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Update and maintain department’s filing system both electronic and actual original documentation;
  • Any other task required by the team.


  • Have excellent written and spoken English;
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;
  • Be proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management systems;
  • Be computer literate.
