Our client is a leading provider in the industrial goods and services industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicating with clients in order to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Communicating with the technical team;
  • Issuing and posting of invoices;
  • Managing emails, customer contracts, credit collections and other commercial activity;
  • Other ad hoc office duties.


  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset, although training and guidance will be given to the right candidate;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Maltese, English; Italian will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Empathic;
  • Good written communication skills in English;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Hardworking and ambitious;
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
