Job Description
As a Product Manager working within the Customer Account tribe, you will be responsible to liaise with stakeholders, Tipico users, the business, developers and other ProTech tribe to work on and shape part of the future of Tipico’s Customer Account platform.
Your playing field:
- You will lead product and feature initiatives through the entire development lifecycle and release them to deliver value to our customers
- Act as Product Manager for development teams by defining Epics, User Stories and guide the efforts in an Agile working environment
- Within a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the product development of our own payment services
- Work closely with stakeholders, architects and tech leads to ensure their requirements are captured efficiently and prioritized correctly alongside other product requirements
- Collaborate closely with other Product Managers to create delivery plans and making sure features are delivered as per agreed commitments
- Define Non-functional requirements and ensure measures are in place to support management of product and feature performance
- Responsible for performing UAT and sign-off ensuring requirements and overall quality is met
- Work closely with UXD Team for defining customer experience specifications for new features
