Company Introduction

Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Purchasing and Accounts Managers;
  • Handle daily reconciliations;
  • Input inventory records;
  • Input suppliers’ invoices;
  • Handle petty cash.


  • Have a basic accounting background;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Be familiar with sourcing;
  • Be fluent in English and possibly Maltese and basic Italian;
  • Proven work experience in a similar position would be considered an asset.

  • Excellent telephone skills;
  • Good organizational skills.
