Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand the various needs of our customers;
- Provide an excellent and honest service;
- Provide solutions and recommendations through your experience and knowledge of the products we offer;
- Maintain our high standards for customer service;
- Engage with customers to discover their needs.
- Holding a minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education;
- Previous sales experience, with a track record of sales success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Maltese and English;
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Be computer literate, preferably having ECDL certification;
- Have a flair for design;
- Be self-motivated, confident, organized and have attention to detail;
- Have an eye for detail;
- Be assertive, proactive and self-motivated.
