Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead client audit engagements, oversee planning, execution, direction, and completion of financial audits;
- Apply generally accepted accounting principles and reporting rules, ensuring accurate financial statement presentation;
- Gain comprehensive understanding of the client’s business operations;
- Proactively engage with key client management to collect information, address issues, and offer suggestions for business and process enhancements.
- Be fully ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience within an Audit team;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office software programs, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel considered an asset;
- Possesses strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate adeptness in balancing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines;
- Display agility in adapting to evolving client and business landscapes;
- Exhibit efficiency alongside a keen eye for detail;
- Maintain high integrity in handling confidential information, with a strong awareness of risks;
- Self-motivated and proactive, approaching tasks with a positive 'can do' attitude;
- Possess strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
