We are expanding our team and currently looking to recruit a Senior Compliance Officer, to join our growing team in Limassol.

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance
  • Monitoring the changes in regulations related to all licensees maintained by the group
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the licenses within the group and obtaining of new licenses
  • Compliance risks assessment
  • Participation in the establishment of the compliance monitoring program and performance of tasks in line with the program
  • Defining the measures required to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
  • Delivering training on compliance matters and providing the assistance and advice to staff
  • Developing, review and suggesting on amendments required for the policies and procedures
  • Review and suggestions on updates required for the systems and web-sites for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Assessment of the new products, payment methods, markets, etc
  • Investigation of complaints, liaison with other departments and developing the company’s response to ADR entities
  • Assessment and preparation of the compliance opinion on marketing promotions, bonuses, guidelines to affiliates and other marketing related tasks
  • Participation in the external audits, certifications and inspections
  • Submission of the reports and notifications as required by the regulators
  • Assessment of the third parties, e.g. banks, PSPs, game providers, outsourcing service providers
  • Performing multi task duties as part of a fast paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team

 

Job requirements and competencies:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the similar role in gaming industry is a must
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentive to details and accurate
  • Well-organised
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are considered as an advantage
