- Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for all your open roles – You own it, you run it!
- Stay connected with the recruitment market and social media to place your ads where they will attract the best talent and be ahead of the others – Approach your candidates directly.
- Manage your stakeholders from the very first position briefing, over the interviews and assessments to the contract offer – Let’s make this your game!
- Stay in touch with your internal Talent Acquisition team across different locations to exchange best practices and ideas, we never stop learning.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to keep your pipelines filled but also to reach out to a broader group of talented candidates.
- Share your ideas and help us developing the best Talent Acquisition process and practices across the group – We are here to innovate.
