Your Role

Some of the tasks you will be doing: 

• Supporting the Head of Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance through monitoring of KYC verifications, transaction monitoring and other AML processes.
• Sharing your experience, while developing, leading and training a team of Operations Analysts.
• Leading the team performance reviews and report on operational KPIs to drive consistent improvements.
• Leading the communication with external stakeholder, providing appropriate support to our distributors, business partners and customers.
• Identifying and implementing operational controls in line with regulatory requirements, then support in the creation and maintenance of necessary procedures for the team.
