Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team;
- Analyze Sales Orders to ensure correctness in order and the purchased product from Suppliers;
- Follow-up with clients to ensure that customers receive adequate technical and administrative information;
- Handle all customer inquiries within own capacity;
- Liaise with the Sales and Technical teams.
- Experience in a similar role, within the furniture industry, will be considered an asset;
- Good knowledge of CAD / Design and Office 365 Package Software.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English and Maltese; the Italian language will be considered an asset;
- Customer-oriented skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Team player.
