Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise store staff, adjusting oversight according to store activity and business requirements;
• Ensure staff maintains the highest level of customer service and professionalism;
• Collaborate with the Distribution Manager to monitor and control stock levels;
• Ensure the store is adequately stocked with the latest products and brands;
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on day-to-day operational matters;
• Maintain the store’s luxury image, ensuring the environment and staff presentation meet high standards;
• Coordinate with headquarters and the marketing team to plan and execute in-store activations, including mini-events for new product launches;
• Provide input, suggestions, and innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance customer experience;
• Ensure all customer interactions uphold the store’s luxurious image;
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly;
• Enforce a formal dress code for all staff to maintain the store’s prestigious image.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment;
• Experience with in-store activations and event planning;
• Familiarity with stock management processes;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Drive, and POS systems;
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Maltese or Italian are a plus.
