Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer emergency calls promptly and professionally;
- Gather necessary information from callers and assess the urgency of the situation;
- Provide the right guidance to callers and follow up on the call as required;
- Collaborate with the technicians on call to follow through on the issue of the caller;
- Maintain accurate records of all calls.
- Be fluent in English. Maltese language will be considered an asset.
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Strong ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
