Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer emergency calls promptly and professionally;
  • Gather necessary information from callers and assess the urgency of the situation;
  • Provide the right guidance to callers and follow up on the call as required;
  • Collaborate with the technicians on call to follow through on the issue of the caller;
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls.


  • Be fluent in English. Maltese language will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Strong ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
