Company Introduction
Our client is a leading organisation in accounting, audit, tax, corporate services and business advisory.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients and handle client requests in a timely manner;
- Maintain an organised and structured client filing system;
- Perform general corporate administration duties and assist with compliance matters.
- Honour service level agreements in the shortest time frame and deliver a service that is of the highest quality to exceed clients’ expectations;
- Maintain an open dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keep clients informed on any new relevant developments within their industry;
- Set up of new companies, prepare, and submit statutory filings.
- Open/close of bank accounts and liaise with banks on a regular basis, as needed;
- Liaise and correspond with inhouse lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of clients;
- Communicate with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate administrative role;
- Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a related field;
- Sound working knowledge of Company Law;
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software packages and be ready to learn company-specific software if required.

- Fluency in English (both oral and written);.
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Commit to a high professional ethical standards;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and deliver tasks in a timely manner.
