Our client is an international remote gaming company with online casino brands.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer customer inquiries via email and chat;
- Ensure that complex problems are solved as quickly as possible in a satisfactory way for the customer;
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers;
- Daily monitoring of the website's accessibility and functionality, reporting to Customer Service Manager on issues that affect either customers or the site's performance;
- Participate in testing of new products and services;
- Contribute to promoting new products and offers to customers;
- Participate in other work areas within the casino when required.
- Previous working experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English;
- Have an eye for detail and are careful with your tasks
- Be service-oriented, outgoing, smiling, helpful and accommodating;
- Have a desire to meet internal goals;
- Works under minimum supervision;
- Team player;
- Be able to work under pressure and be flexible;
- Independent, accurate thinking.
