Finnish speaking Sales Agent
Job Description
We are looking for energetic and hands-on Sales Agents with a super outgoing personality and a can-do attitude to join our telesales team! This is a great opportunity if you are commercially driven, passionate about sales, have an interest in casino and sports betting and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
Here’s some of the things you will be doing day to day!
Within this position you will be focusing on helping us achieve our company performance goals, building strong & continuous customer relationships and getting an in-depth understanding of customer needs. You will be contacting our customers through outbound calls to inform them about our products, following up on existing customers’ in order to reactivate them and closing sales by promoting the company’s products and brands. What’s more you will be managing customer accounts and keeping all customer information up to date. We expect you to thrive under pressure and enjoy working within a goal-oriented environment with various targets and deadlines to be met!
Requirements
What’s your background?
You are an outgoing person with an interest in sports and/or casino, with a native level of Finnish and fluent in written and spoken English. You are self-motivated & sales driven with a strong will to succeed, adaptable to working in fast-paced environments and reaching deadlines. You enjoy and have the ability to reach targets and display great skills in building continuous customer relationships. We expect you are keen on learning and keeping up to date on company products and brands, are creative, resourceful, highly organized with an outgoing and sales-driven personality. Your passion for online gaming and sports betting made you find this role and you are curious to know more about this industry and apply yourself to it!
