Location: Malta office + Hybrid set-up environment
Responsibilities:
Taking over this role as a Finnish Speaker Sales Agent in our team you will be working with a global team and taking charge of driving your own market to the next level.
- Set personal targets and a general overview of group targets. (Sale based)
- These are set and expected based on APRU + NGW (targets) of the individual brands.
- Set campaigns and targets
- Ensure reactivation and retention for the Finnish market
- Covering numerous different brands within our group.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with the aim to perform better month by month.
- A close relationship with your manager will help you exceed these targets and expectations set.
- Working with a flexible work structure and team, you will be able to control your own time and work life,

About you:
- English / Finnish (fluent) speaking
- Previous customer engagement
- Experience with personal performance and responsibility structure
- Excellent communicator
- Available to work in a flexible environment and independent work structure
- Team player
- Positive attitude
