Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Be in charge of registering and Transferring of Vessels;
- Ensure the vessel and other license renewals;
- Shipping administration;
- Handling other ad hoc tasks.
- Experience in shipping registrations;
- Previous work experience and previous practical experience in the maritime sector essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian;
- Have good communication and organisational skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Strong attention to details;
- Be meticulous and hard working;
- Can work in a fast paced environment;
- Be self driven;
- Can work without supervision.
