Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the Purchasing and Accounts Managers;
- Handle daily reconciliations;
- Input inventory records;
- Input suppliers’ invoices;
- Handle petty cash.
- Have a basic accounting background;
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- Be familiar with sourcing;
- Be fluent in English and possibly Maltese and basic Italian;
- Proven work experience in a similar position would be considered an asset.
- Be a team player;
- Be attentive to detail;
- Excellent telephone skills;
- Good organizational skills.
